These are the starting prices for our private, legal, corporate, specialist and public-sector investigation services. The final cost depends on what you need to know, where the work will take place, how quickly it is needed and how many investigators or specialists are required. We explain the recommended service and provide a written quotation before work begins.
Private-client prices are shown including VAT, with the VAT-exclusive figure alongside. Business prices are shown excluding VAT. If the job also requires travel, specialist equipment, urgent attendance or another professional, we tell you those costs before you decide whether to proceed.

For private clients, surveillance is normally charged from £78 including VAT per hour, per operative (£65 excluding VAT at the current standard VAT rate), unless a fixed fee is agreed in writing. Business quotations may show £65 + VAT per hour, per operative. You can request the exact dates, times and duration you want us to cover. We assess the operation and confirm the Agreed Hours, number of operatives, total operative-hours, relief-team arrangements, expenses and total price before you book.
There is no standard website-wide duration. Any assignment-specific Booked Commitment will be shown prominently in your quotation with its monetary value and cancellation basis. Additional time is undertaken only with written authorisation or within a clear authority limit agreed in advance.

Surveillance is normally charged per hour, per operative, or at a fixed fee agreed in writing. You tell us the period you want covered. We confirm the exact hours, team, total operative-hours, expenses and total price before you book. Consumer prices include mandatory VAT; Business Client quotations may also show a clearly labelled VAT-exclusive figure. Any assignment-specific Booked Commitment is displayed clearly in the quotation.
We will stop as soon as it is operationally safe and record the effective time. Your final account will follow the accepted quotation and may include work already performed, non-refundable operational costs and operatives or relief teams already committed and unable to be released or redeployed. We reduce the charge for costs saved and reasonable redeployment. Consumer rights are unaffected.
Surveillance is planned and carried out discreetly, but zero risk of detection cannot be guaranteed. Routes, traffic, transport changes, the subject's awareness and other conditions can make continued observation impractical. Investigators may create distance, break contact, reposition or use a fresh team where appropriate.
Large, public-sector, multi-site and long-running investigations are priced individually. The quotation explains the number of investigators, working times, equipment, reporting, travel and any outside specialist costs.
