A rail infrastructure subcontractor contacted us after experiencing repeated thefts of signalling cable from trackside works associated with an upgrade project.

Findings
During the operation we documented repeated unauthorised removal of cable during late-night periods. The activity followed a consistent pattern linked to predictable site conditions and access opportunities.
